### Code of Conduct ###

Register by Wednesday, January 28, 2026 to take advantage of early-bird rates!

The last day to register for the in-person MOUG meeting is Friday, February 20, 2026. Virtual attendees may register through Monday, February 23, 2026.

Registered attendees have access to both the virtual + in-person meeting in February, plus the half-day virtual session in May. The registration process is managed using CVENT in conjunction with the Music Library Association (MLA). NOTE: registration does not require an account with MLA or CVENT. You are NOT required to register for the MLA meeting. ALSO NOTE: There is no institutional registration option for MOUG virtual attendance in the CVENT platform. If your employer is looking to pay for multiple MOUG virtual attendees at once, please contact the MOUG Treasurer directly.

Be aware, the registration page for MOUG-only attendance looks nearly identical to the MLA+MOUG registration page. The difference is in the options in the Registration Type dropdown. Follow the instructions below carefully.

Registration Rates

  • For MOUG Members: $95 Early / $145 Regular
  • For Non-Members: $125 Early / $175 Regular
  • For Special Categories (students, 1st-time attendees, paraprofessionals, hourly/non-salaried, part-time, or retirees, those facing financial adversity): $50 Early / $100 Regular

Registration Instructions

If you’re attending MOUG only, use this MOUG Only Registration Link and follow these instructions:

After you choose your MOUG registration type and enter your name, email address, phone number, etc., click the “Next” button. Note: On the next page, you are welcome to note which days of MOUG you plan to attend, but that is not required for registration. Then click the “Next” button to review your selections and order summary. Select your payment type, fill in the credit card information or send your check to the MLA business office address listed there (they are handling conference payments for MOUG), and click the “Submit” button.

If you’re attending MOUG + MLA, use this MOUG + MLA Registration Link and follow these instructions:

After you choose your MLA registration type and enter your name, email address, phone number, etc., click the “Next” button. Your MLA registration will already be selected, then choose your MOUG registration type from the list of “session bundles” and click the associated “Select” button. NOTE: You are welcome to note which MLA program sessions you plan to attend, but that is not required for registration. Then, at the bottom of the page, click the “Next” button to review your selections and order summary. Finally, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.

If any part of this process is unclear, please contact the MOUG Treasurer.
