Registration is now closed.

Attendees have the option of registering for virtual + in-person, virtual only, or in-person only. The registration process is managed by A-R Editions alongside the Music Library Association (MLA) registration. Visit the MLA 93rd Meeting Registration page and click the “Registration” button.

NOTE: You are required to have or create a free account on the MLA website to register; select “Join MLA Now” and select “Non-member” if you are not and do not wish to be a member of MLA. You are NOT required to register for the MLA meeting. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide the necessary contact information which is needed for our records, and agree to the COVID-19 policy, liability waiver, and refund policy. Then, when prompted to choose your registration rate, you will find the MOUG registration toward the bottom of the page. Be sure to also select the “MOUG-only Registration 2024” option just above the MOUG registration rates.

*Note: There is only one rate for all attendance options, including virtual events only, in-person events only, or both virtual and in-person events.

  • For MOUG members: $90 Early / $140 Regular
  • For non-members: $120 Early / $170 Regular
  • For students, 1st-time attendees, paraprofessionals, hourly/non-salaried, part-time, or retirees: $45 Early / $95 Regular


The MOUG 2024 Program is available with abstracts for the sessions.

Information is also available via the CVENT software, both online and in the mobile app. To log in, simply fill out the log in form with your first and last names and the email address you used to register for the meeting. Upon the first log in, you will receive a verification code at that address, and then when you use the same web browser or continue with the mobile app, you will not need to log in again. Note: this feature is only available for registered attendees.
